Love Where You Live

9 & 11 Coolidge Point

Manchester, MA

SOLD - Buyer Representation

DETAILS

Over a century ago, Thomas Jefferson Coolidge bought Goldsmith Farm, which is now known as Coolidge Point in Manchester by the Sea, to escape the city's scorching heat during the summer months. Sold and Closed to my buyers, fifteen acres of protected land, a pond, gardens, and a brick home on Kettle Cove. The journey exceeded all expectations. The history and intrinsic beauty of the land, dwellings, gardens, and sea are forever embedded in your mind. It's a place where time stands still—a place where the buyers, friends, and family will love and enjoy for many years to come. I'm grateful to have been part of this story and look forward to all the new memories to be shared.
